LNG's Nei Gong courses are probably our most widely subscribed classes. Nei Gong, or "internal work" is a key component of LNG's curricula, and perhaps also the most entertaining. Various pictures of Taiji Pushing Hands. This two person exercises teaches sensitivity, root and the ability to feel for an opponents intention upon contact. At an advanced level, Pushing hands may be used to train the key Jins of Taijiquan: Peng, Lu, Ji and An.

Those who are interested in the more martial aspects of Taijiquan undertake training in Quan Fa which can be translated as meaning: Boxing Methodology. Taiji Quan Fa revolves around the ability to switch between substantial and insubstantial in an instant as well as mastery of the Jins, Qin Na and Shuai Jiao. These images are mostly taken from our specialist courses on Taiji Boxing.
