It is only a few weeks before the Lotus Nei Gong Retreat Centre opens for training. July 16th sees the first intake of students who will be living and training full time at the centre.

Each day students will study a full syllabus of martial arts, meditation, energy work and traditional medicine whilst living within the pine forests of Southern Sweden. The centre is the result of many years hard work by Damo who hopes to fulfil his personal dream of recreating the ancient ways of training for modern people.

The training will be hard and complete with conditioning and partner work being essential ingredients along with the various forms and techniques practiced within the Chinese arts. A working Chinese medicine clinic on site will also serve as a training centre for students who will learn the healing practices which go alongside the martial arts which makes up the majority of the training at the centre.
