Lotus Moon Spiritual Arts is the collective name for the women-specific practices taught within the Lotus Nei Gong International School. Headed by Roni Edlund, senior student of Damo Mitchell, this section of the school looks at those Nei Gong and meditative practices that are designed to work most effectively with the female energetic system. Whilst women should engage with the same core internal exercises as their male counterparts; there are also several unique aspects to female physiology that need to be taken into account in their training.

Roni Edlund

The Lotus Moon Spiritual Arts Programme is headed by Roni Edlund. Roni Edlund is a long-time professional practitioner of the Daoist arts. She is the closest student of her husband, Damo Mitchell and has spent many years travelling and studying with him and his teachers.

The Lotus Moon System
