Paul Mitchell
Core Team Teacher
Paul Mitchell is Damo Mitchell’s father. He was also his first teacher of the martial arts. Paul is now a senior teacher within the Lotus Nei Gong school and runs Taijiquan events internationally. You can see that many of the Taiji events are his.
