Teachers Level 2 Nei Gong

9th – 12th November 2018

  • Taught by Damo Mitchell
  • Structured training in the Level 2 Syllabus of Lotus Nei Gong
  • Only for those who have completed a QGC – Level 1 Certificate

At the second level of Nei Gong training students have already opened the channels of the body and built a solid structure. The lower Dan Tian should be consolidated and a great deal of the purging should have been done. Now it is time to start accessing the internal environment of the body with deeper practice. The aim is now to generate a healthy and strong central channel, build up more Qi within the body and then pressurise this Qi to assist in its mobilisation and use. Practice of advanced Dao Yin exercises then help to direct the pressurised Qi through deeper channels of the body. Channels we will need at the third stage for alchemical advancement.

Practices at level 2 include:

  • Zhan Zhuang and Ding Shi practice
  • Inwardly directed sound work and advanced Mantra practice
  • Exercises at Level 2
  • San Yuan Qi Gong
  • Heng O Dao Yin
  • Dan Tian Gong at Level 2
  • Ba Xian Dao Yin

On these courses we will go through the level 2 syllabus in a very structured and exact way with an emphasis on developing correct technique and a look at teaching skills when the time is right. We are offering this level 2 training only to those students who have already completed a level 1 QGC and passed the final test or to other existing Qi Gong teachers within our school.

The Nei Gong process taught by Damo Mitchell and Lotus Nei Gong is a classical process and is, at times, very strong. For this reason we do not recommend that anybody with psychological disorders or those with serious medical issues/needs attend these events. There are many ‘medical’ Qi Gong schools out there that would be more appropriate for these kinds of needs. Nei Gong is also not suitable for pregnant women or anybody under the age of 18 years old. Lastly we reserve the right to ask any student to leave the training immediately if we deem the training to be unsuitable for them or a risk to their well-being
