Three Powers Nei Gong Camp
17th – 20th July 2019
The practice of Nei Gong can be a powerful form of internal awakening but, for beginners, can be a little too strong! It can take time to build a solid enough foundation that you can channel the amount of energy being funnelled through the body. The result of this means that often teachers water down a system or make it gentle so that everybody can have access to it. Whilst this is fine, we are in full agreement, sometimes there needs to be the option of engaging in the stronger side of the practice.
On this four day long event, Damo Mitchell will take a group deep into a particular Nei Gong practice that is designed to help open up key areas of the energetic system. Through a combination of practical exercise and directed transmission, students will be led into a very strong internal process. The training will be classical in nature with many hours spent working on the same practice each day, with an aim to focus on the process rather than a large number of external movements. This will be one of the stronger events offered by Lotus Nei Gong and as such, students should make sure they read the course practicalities section of this page below!
For four days Damo will take students into the three powers Nei Gong exercise. This can be very strong for many people and as such we ask that only those students who are in an emotionally centred place attained the course. We can take nobody on these four days with any mental imbalance, those with any kind of chronic illness nor those who are anxious or highly emotionally strung. This is not a medical course and nor is it a therapeutic course; it is four days of hard work and discipline aimed at those who already have a doting platform upon which to develop their internal work.
We also reserve the right to ask any student to cease their practice at any time in the training if it is felt that it is not good for them. This will be at Damo’s discretion.
Location: Linköping, Sweden
Dates: 17th – 20th July 2019 (Arrive 16th July)
Students may arrive at the centre on the day prior to the training, being the 16th July, where they will be directed to where they are staying. Some students will stay in the buildings at the centre in shared accommodation whilst others opt to camp.
Food is provided at the centre and it is all vegetarian. Students will cook in teams and help to prepare meals for the rest of the camp as a part of a rota. Living together and cooking together in this manner is all a part of the practice.
The training will commence on the morning of the 17th July with a full days worth of training each day. The training will come to a close with a half days worth of training on the 20th July. Lunch will be provided on this day, after which the camp will be closed down for another year.
More details will be provided nearer the time to those who are on the attendee list, if you have a question in the meantime please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The Nei Gong process taught by Damo Mitchell and Lotus Nei Gong is a classical process and is, at times, very strong. For this reason we do not wish for anybody with psychological disorders or those with serious medical issues/needs attend these events. There are many ‘medical’ Qi Gong schools out there that would be more appropriate for these kinds of needs. Nei Gong is also not suitable for pregnant women or anybody under the age of 18 years old. Lastly we reserve the right to ask any student to leave the training immediately if we deem the training to be unsuitable for them or a risk to their well-being. If any student attends a course such as this with known psychological disorders or medical issues that may put them at risk, they take full responsibility for their actions and any outcomes. Lotus Nei Gong International nor its staff will be held accountable in such instances.
