Students will join Damo Mitchell and seniors in the forests of Sweden to study Nei Gong and Qi Gong methods over the 10 days of the annual Nei Gong camp.

Classes will run from before breakfast through to late evening, so be prepared for some intense practice!

Details:

Students are to arrive on the 17th of July at the camp ready to begin training on the evening of the 17th. Only dinner is included on this day.

We shall train until lunch time on the 26th of July, which is also the day students are to depart. Only breakfast and lunch are included on this day.

In the middle of the camp, the 22nd, we will have a full day off.

Accommodation at the camp may either be ‘under canvas’ or in a shared room.
