Nei Gong Instructor
These teachers have been trained by Damo Mitchell and other senior teachers in Lotus Nei Gong in the foundations of our Nei Gong system. This training has been extensive, over a long period of time and this teacher continues to train regularly within Lotus Nei Gong to keep their training and knowledge up to date. These teachers can safely and competently take you into the Nei Gong process using the syllabus taught within our school. They can assist students with regulating the body the breath and the mind as well as helping them to develop their energetic system with a focus upon the establishing of the lower Dan Tian.
Nei Gong Senior Teacher
Senior teachers in Lotus Nei Gong work very closely with Damo to go deep into the energetic processes of Nei Gong. They are not only competent instructors of the methods, but also experienced enough to guide students in a much deeper and more personalised manner. They may sometimes use their own Qi to directly interact with the group and also have extensive knowledge in dealing with more advanced energetic methods. These teachers often have their own way of working but they still base their methods upon the syllabus of Lotus Nei Gong and you can be sure that the seniors within Lotus Nei Gong have the full support of Damo Mitchell and Lotus Nei Gong to share these methods to a very high level.
Yang Taiji Instructor
These teachers are trained by Damo Mitchell and other senior teachers in Lotus Nei Gong to teach the foundations of authentic Yang family Taiji. The syllabus they teach is based upon the Huang style system of Taiji, including the form, preliminary drills, body development and partner training. These teachers continue to train regularly with Damo and Lotus Nei Gong in order to further develop their knowledge of Taiji as well as other internal arts taught within the school.
Yang Taiji Senior Teacher
The senior Taiji teachers have been closely trained by Damo in the more advanced aspects of Yang Taiji methods. As well as being competent in the Huang method, they have also studied the longer and more traditional Yang methods which may include, large, medium and small frame systems as well as weaponry and advanced Taiji Nei Gong methods. The standard of skill of these teachers is very high and they work closely with Damo to continue to go deeper into their Taiji studies.
